The City of Riverside, Ohio; is seeking qualified candidates to fill the full-time position of Assistant City Manager. This Executive Officer position serves as an advisor to the City Manager on general operational matters, provides oversight on projects as assigned, and assumes the roles and responsibilities of the City Manager in his absence. In addition to these roles, the Assistant City Manager serves as the City’s Human Resources Administrator; responsible for the management of the City’s employee benefit programs as well as employee hiring, training, wellness. Minimum qualifications for this position include a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business or other appropriate discipline with at least four years of increasingly responsible experience in general administration, preferably in municipal government. The approved annual salary range for this position is $55,000 – $65,000, depending on experience, and includes a competitive employee benefit package.
