September 14 marks the two year anniversary of ELGL. We have grown from 16 members to 350 members comprised of the public and private sector, graduate students and nonprofits. What started out as an informal way to connect professionals interested in becoming city managers has morphed into a officially recognized nonprofit representing all functions and services of local and state government.

During these two years, we have sought feedback from members through the annual survey, meeting evaluations and advisory board discussions.

On September 14 we will celebrate our anniversary by revealing improvements that stem from your feedback. Our goal in the improvements is to continue ELGL’s positive momentum and ensure the sustainability of the organization.
