Kent Wyatt is the Senior Management Analyst for the City of Tigard, Oregon, and the co-founder of the Oregon Emerging Local Government Leaders Network (http://elgl.org). Previously, he worked for the City of Salem, Oregon; the Virginia General Assembly; the City of Hillsborough, North Carolina; and Elon University. He is a member of the Clackamas County Budget Committee. He is a graduate of Elon University and the University of North Carolina MPA program.
Kirsten Wyatt, City of West Linn, Oregon
Kirsten Wyatt is the Assistant City Manager for the City of West Linn, Oregon, and the co-founder of the Oregon Emerging Local Government Leaders Network (http://elgl.org). Previously, she worked for the Virginia Department of Education; the Town of Chapel Hill, North Carolina; and Pacific Public Affairs. She is a graduate of Willamette University and the University of North Carolina MPA program.
