City of Dallas announced that it is hosting a “Meet and Greet” reception for prospective city managers from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, at the Civic Center.
The reception affords an opportunity for the public to meet the three finalists for the position. The city will furnish comment cards to attendees who would like to provide feedback on the candidates. Light refreshments will be served.
City councilors and panels of community members will interview the candidates on Thursday, Nov. 8, and the city hopes to have its new manager in place by the end of the year.
The three finalists are:
- Ellen Barnes, Molalla, Oregon
- Ronald Foggin, Lehi, Utah
- Aaron Palmquist, Bend, Oregon
