Situated in the southeastern hilly portion of Clark County, Washington, the City of Camas is home to over 20,000 residents. The ideals of culture, values and vision have been instrumental in promoting diverse economic growth, encouraging development of livable, family-oriented neighborhoods, protecting open-space, building parks and other recreational amenities. Promoting the quality of life for all residents has made Camas a truly unique community.
The City of Camas seeks a dynamic Administrator who actively advocates for the community. The successful candidate is recognized as a business supporter with an interest in economic growth. The ideal candidate easily develops relationships at the state and federal level, specifically with the legislature. The Administrator is analytical with a proven strength in financial management including a keen ability to capitalize on financial opportunities and grants.
The City of Camas values diversity in the workplace, therefore people of all ethnic backgrounds, persons with disabilities, and veterans are encouraged to apply as soon as possible and no later than November 23, 2012. Please send resume and cover letter to Waldron. Electronic documents preferred.
