The City of Charlotte City Clerk’s Office is seeking a Records Program Manager who has knowledge and experience in records and information management, program development and improvement.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of relevant public records laws and best practices, be an analytical thinker who is a self-starter capable of working to lead cross-departmental teams and able to effectively manage changing priorities.
The successful candidate must have knowledge and experience in working with technology solutions used in records management and retrieval, while having excellent leadership, communication, coaching and team building skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
