Professional Services Manager

Responsible for managing PDC-wide centralized procurement services including Intergovernmental Agreements and formal grant disbursement solicitations, BOLI/Davis Bacon construction prevailing wage and PDC Construction wage requirements, Procurement Financial Systems Modules, and surplus personal property disposition to insure compliance with Federal, State and Local laws, regulations and statutes.
