“All communities have an ingrained narrative which can help to accelerate or block effective civic action. The key is to know the narratives at work in your community and the implications for moving ahead. Understanding the stages of community life, ‘Community Rhythms’, helps set the right expectations for change efforts that are essential to helping communities thrive. Come learn how to identify ways to act on specific community challenges and build community at the same time with the Community Rhythms Tool presented by United Way of Lane County.”

If you’re interested join us at United Way of Lane County at 3171 Gateway Loop, Springfield, OR.  Please RSVP by emailing Chris Workman at cworkman@ci.veneta.or.us.
