ELGL is seeking facilitators to help host a safe space conversation for people of color, LGBTQ members, and members with disabilities who are attending the #ELGL20 Conference. Facilitators will work collaboratively to develop and manage the session. Facilitators should have the following characteristics:
- Someone who believes in the benefits of identity connections to gather together in solidarity with each other.
- Open, curious, and flexible to changing dynamics.
- Is creative and enjoys designing gatherings for others.
- A good active listener.
- Previous experience facilitating group discussions is helpful.
