Be personable, respectful, and humble

What’s the fastest way to NOT get a job or internship with you? (e.g. what should potential applicants avoid doing if they were to ever interview with you for a position).

You are not the smartest in the room don’t act that way. There is a difference with that and confidence.

Why should an undergraduate student consider a career working in local government?

It is rewarding and you can make a difference in a community.
