Beaverton’s City Hall Plan Is On the Move

Most of us have experienced the unpleasant task of moving. The packing, the boxes, the breaking stuff, and the unpacking. Magnify your most difficult move by 1,000 and you will begin to understand what the City of Beaverton is facing in moving most of their city offices to a new location at the Round.

10363842_801394566538956_6096768570737365593_nWe will learn about the project management of Beaverton’s move during an ELGL field trip on Tuesday, June 24 at noon. Attendees will tour the construction site, talk with Jerry Allen, Beaverton assistant director of general services, and interact with Randy Ealy, Beaverton chief administrative officer and ELGL advisory board member. Randy and Jerry have assured us that the serial twerkers will not make an appearance at this event.

Space is limited, and ELGL members will receive priority registration. RSVP here: Beaverton City Hall Tour
