The biggest issue facing local government is… providing the high quality of service our customers demand with the limited resources at hand.
My pro tip for getting the most out of professional conferences… Be strategic in the exhibit hall. Really connect with folks that might be able to help you someday. Some of my best professional relationships have come from there!
If I had to create a presidential ticket with my top two mentors, I’d select… Michelle Ross (an unbelievable mentor/friend from my days in the federal government) and Dottie Franey (Gahanna’s Director of Public Service)
