OFFICE COORDINATOR – The City of Tualatin is seeking to fill a part-time position in our Community Development Department Planning Division.  Candidates should have experience in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment where customer service is the top priority.  The City is looking for a candidate who enjoys working with the general public and in a team environment. (The Planning team likes bowling and frozen yogurt!)

The position is 24 hours per week.  Minimum rate of pay is $20.75/hr. which includes a mandatory 6% employee contribution to the Public Employees Retirement System and offers a competitive pro-rated benefit package.

The successful candidate will have experience running an efficient office and working with multiple software programs.  This position will provide support to the Planning Advisory Committee and the Architectural Review Board so it requires the ability to take and transcribe meeting minutes. Experience organizing and archiving information is desired.
