Midwest ELGL’s first Evening Buzz was a success—so we’re bringing another night of networking, idea sharing and libations to the greater Chicago area. Join us for our next evening of local government networking on Thursday, Oct. 23 at Hofbrauhaus in Rosemont, 5500 Park Place.
Who: Midwest ELGL members and any local government or public service professionals
What: A chance to learn more about ELGL and meet your friends in public service
Where: Hofbrauhaus Chicago, 5500 Park Place, Rosemont
When: 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, October 23
Bridget Doyle (Lombard, IL) and Patrick Rollens (Oak Park, IL) will be present and fresh from their trip to Portland for #ELGL14 the week prior. Try to gain all that they learned through osmosis (stand reaaaal close) or just ask them questions. Also joining us will be Brian Southey (Elk Grove Village) and many of our other ELGL members and friends. It’s an open invite, so bring anyone who’s even remotely interested in public service. Or anyone who likes German culture and related celebrations.
