About the Strategic Plan Update:
In the first half of 2022, ELGL members will update the organization's strategic plan. This is a member-driven process, where we rely on our members to offer guidance and direction to the creation of a new plan. This page includes information about community meetings, plan drafts, and update articles to inform ELGL members as we begin the process of updating the plan for the next three years. We also use "padlets" to record and share member sentiment about different elements of a strategic plan.
