The #ELGLTraeger Award recognizes the top influencers in local government. ELGL influencers work hard, are kind, and are never too busy to help out a local government friend. ELGL also factors in an individual’s influence in their community and outside their community through professional associations, mentoring, and writing. Most certainly, the Traeger List is not based on title or longevity.
