ELGL is thrilled to welcome a small group of carefully chosen cities and counties to its 2020 Strategy & Performance Management Cohort.
In partnership with ClearPoint Strategy, this group will work through a rapid strategic planning program designed to help them build and implement strategy & performance management goals over just twelve weeks. They’ll be mentored by professionals with strong strategic planning backgrounds from an additional nine states, and will have access to training opportunities with other ELGL member governments.
