Prepare for #ELGL14 by learning about who is attending. Find out if you’ll be surrounded by soft talkers, loud eaters, and finger biters or whether you’ll be surrounded by the best in local government.

(Complete the sentence) #ELGL14 is…..

A first for me, but a great opportunity to meet other local gov leaders with energy and passion for this profession!

Registration for #ELGL14 cost $60. If you could use that $60 to buy something else, what would you buy?

Most of my disposable income goes to concert tickets, so a good chance it would go to that.

If #ELGL14 spun off into a music festival, what bands (dead or alive) would you like to see?

  • Grateful Dead734641
  • Allman Brothers
  • Leftover Salmon
  • Sam Bush
  • Shook Twins
  • Yonder Mountain
  • Greensky Bluegrass
  • Phish

Should I keep going?

During your time in Portland for #ELGL14, how do you plan on “Keeping Portland Weird?”

I’m hoping to swing on down to the Laurelthirst, one of the greatest and quirckiest bars in America, to catch some tunes and drink some delicious beers. The Double Mountain Red (which is technically out of Hood River) is usually on tap, and it is fan-tastic!

(Complete the sentence) I feel old when……

I’m constantly reminded that I’ll no longer be in my twenties in less than a year.
