Cornelius management analyst Amber Mathiesen will become the new city administrator in Falls City, Oregon on August 20.
Amber is a member of the ELGL Advisory Board and has been active in coordinating ELGL events such as the 2010 forum with former Cornelius city manager Dave Waffle.
