ELGL-Eugene: Innovate Lane County – Debrief

A big thank you is due to Lane County who hosted yesterday’s ELGL-Eugene luncheon and presented on Innovate Lane County – a fascinating innovation process that continues to reshape the organization both structurally and culturally.  Special thanks to Alicia Hays, newly appointed Director of Health and Human Services  (which, as part of Innovate Lane County, recently combined with the Department of Children and Families and the Department of Youth Services, Shari Higgins, Jody Jobanek-Suiter, Mo Young, Sarah Mizejewski, Jennifer Inman and Judy Williams who shared great incites about the warp-speed innovative process the County has gone through at its plans to continue to improve County services and employee experiences.  Another great ELGL-Eugene Luncheon!
