ELGL Group Rate Information
Dates: Thursday, September 21st, 2017 – Sunday, September 24th, 2017
The Inn at Northrup Station is pleased to offer ELGL 15% off the best available rate at the time of booking. Rooms are available on a first come first-served basis. The earlier the reservation is placed, the more likely the room type will be available and the lower rate will likely be secured. This rate is net, non-commissionable. Rates are based on double occupancy; a charge of $12 per guest will
apply if occupancy exceeds two people per suite. Occupancy of each suite is limited to four adults. There is no additional charge for children 12 and under.

To book any rooms at the agreed upon group rate mentioned above please call the Inn @ Northrup Station directly at either 503.224.0543 or 1.800.224.1180. Reservations must be placed before 8/21/17 (30 days prior to arrival date) to be eligible for this discounted rate. Be sure to reference the group code below so we know you are a part of this group block.

Cancellations:
- Reservations placed with this group discount must be cancelled by 8/21/17 (which is 30 days prior to the group arrival date) to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s lodging plus tax.

- Check-in is any time after 3:00pm
- Check-out time is noon. Later check-out times may be available. Please contact our Front Desk for additional information regarding availability the morning of departure.
- The Inn @ Northrup Station is a non-smoking facility. Pets are not permitted.
