After handing out 21 #CityHallSelfie awards last week, we turn our attention to the “granddaddy of them all” — the Members Choice Award for #CityHallSelfie Excellence, which recognizes the best #CityHallSelfie of 2017. We’ve narrowed the list of nominees to 13 finalists.
