My name is Justin Cutler and I am a member of the ELGL Advisory Board. It is an honor to be able to provide content for the Morning Buzz and to support the great work that ELGL does every day. My “job” as the Executive Director of the Sunset Empire Park & Recreation District in beautiful Seaside, Oregon keeps me busy the majority of my time.
