The biggest issue facing local government is… Abusive council members, relationships between younger & old workforce & “But we’ve always done it this way!”.
My pro tip for getting the most out of professional conferences… Get off auto pilot, attend sessions that are meaningful to you, ask questions in the session & workshops.
