In our quest to create new, impactful, and engaging content for our members, we’re partnering on a research project with local government list provider Power Almanac.
The research effort has two key components:
- Solicit ideas from vendors about how local governments can become more effective in their missions – but explicitly excluding ideas that promote the vendor’s products or services.
- Solicit ideas from local government leaders on how vendors can better serve them
Thousands of supplier employees work with hundreds of thousands of local governments leaders every day.
We believe that regular, open sharing of ideas, insights and feedback between these groups has the potential to accelerate improvements in the effectiveness of local governments nationwide.
Results from the survey will be compiled in a series of blog posts with additional opportunities to rate suggestions based on their usefulness. If participation and feedback are positive, we will make this an ongoing research program.
