Annual Portland Networking Events You Don’t Want to Miss
This is the first in a series of posts by the #ELGL14 planning committee to give you the inside scoop on the planning of our second-annual conference.
Today’s theme is to tell you why #ELGL14 is going to be literally the best conference ever. Here are the basic details:
WHO: 130 of our ELGL friends
WHAT: Our second-annual one-day conference
WHEN: October 17, 2014 from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
WHERE: The Kennedy School in NE Portland. If you wish to stay at the Kennedy School, book a room soon as it fills up quickly.
WHY: To learn from the best in the local government business.
HOW: Registration will open in late August 2014.
EXTRA: We’re also hosting a pub crawl on Thursday, October 16, 2014 where we’ll sample Oregon beers and learn about Oregon land use.
