What: Join ELGL and SGR for an afternoon skills assessment and leadership seminar, hosted by the City of Issaquah. After registering online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to an online assessment. Participants will complete this online tool that measures how you perceive and process information. This has a profound impact on what motivates a person, how a person sees an issue, and how that person interacts with others on team projects. Understanding one’s own profile makes it possible to be more self-aware, which can correspond with more effective leadership.
