next normal survey

Share your predictions about how local government services are changing as a result of COVID-19.

Since the start of the coronavirus outbreak and due to recent events, many local governments have been forced to reconsider how things are done.

As communities start to open back up, many are considering which changes may be permanent and how that will impact public service delivery in the future. At the same time, many of the organizations that work with local governments are trying to understand how they can be most supportive in the next normal.

This survey is an opportunity to make sure your unique perspective as a local government employee is heard. Providing a better understanding about needs and gaps to help the entire community come back stronger together in the next normal.

A couple of things to note:

  • The Local Government’s Next Normal Survey is being distributed to local governments across the country.
  • The survey shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to complete & must be submitted by July 7, 2020.
  • All survey responses will be aggregated and treated completely anonymously.
  • The data collected from the survey will be analyzed and distributed publicly.
