So far, what’s your proudest accomplishment in 2019?
My most proudest accomplishment in 2019 so far was completing a 4 week performance analytics course through John Hopkins University while still excelling at performing my daily job functions. This course allowed for me to begin helping my organization enhance how we do performance analytics.
Valentines Day is in February. What do you “love” about your job?
I love that I get a chance to help make a real difference in the lives of other individuals. Working with departments to improve efficiency and effectiveness helps make the lives of employees and individuals within the community easier.

Before I die I want to make a significant contribution to society, whether it be for a city, state, country, or the world to help improve the everyday lives of those who are often forgotten about.

In 2009 I was in high school. High school helped me build a foundation for college, which gave me the credentials I needed to begin my career in local government.
