ELGL would like to welcome its first international member, Cindy Fu!
Cindy is a graduate student in China and learned about ELGL from Bill Monahan, City Manager of Millwaukie. She was a teaching assistant for his class on Trends in US Urbanization at a university in Beijing. Of course when she learned about ELGL she had to become a part of it.
