Why They Won: ELGL member Jessica VanderKolk willingly shares her local government communications knowledge with the ELGL family, and she brought that same level of commitment and enthusiasm to #CityHallSelfie day. The City of Battle Creek posted 20 pictures from the city’s account and showcased animals, celebrities, reporters, and staff.
