Washington City County Management Association (WCMA) MPA/MPP Scholarship
The scholarship amount is $5,000 plus one year complimentary WCMA student membership, including registration and two night’s lodging (not to exceed $500) to the WCMA Summer Conference.
This scholarship provides financial assistance to students who have chosen to pursue a graduate degree in public administration and have a desire to work in city or county management. Incoming or first year MPA or MPP students pursuing a career in city or county management may be eligible to apply.
Applicants must reside in Washington State, have a bachelor’s degree and be enrolled in or accepted for admission to a graduate school. Preference will be given to schools in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Online graduate programs are acceptable with Washington State residency requirement.
