ELGL member Ryan Adams (LinkedIn and Twitter) has been named the 2016 President for Urban Management Assistants of North Texas (Texas regional city management professional association). He is the Assistant to the City Manager at the City of Irving, TX.
Ryan has been a driving force behind the growth of ELGL in Texas. We look forward to partnering with UMANT and our new organizational member the Texas City Management Association (TCMA) in the next year.
