In honor of the New Fiscal Year we have a budgeting focused episode. Participatory budgeting is one of the latest trends sweeping cities across the country, we sat down with Karen Kixmiller a Budget Analyst from the City of Greensboro, NC to talk about their experience with participatory budgeting.

It enables taxpayers to work with government to make the budget decisions that affect their lives.
