The Coaches Gallery provides a one stop shop for you to view and select from a list of current coaches. The coaches represent a wide spectrum of city management professionals throughout Oregon at different parts of their careers. Whether you’re a senior manager looking for peer advice, a department head wanting to grow, or a student seeking advice on breaking into the profession, there is somebody for you.

Speed Coaching Event
Are you looking for a one of a kind professional relationship? Do you need a spark in your work life? Come to the OCCMA Summer Conference and participate in a speed coaching event. Speed Coaching is a quick way to link experienced managers to future leaders of the profession. Come prepared to ask the coaches your nagging career questions and to receive insight and perspective from their experiences. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in five 10-minute speed coaching sessions and get to know professionals from around the state. Immediately expand your network and meet senior managers ready to help you advance.
The event will be held on Thursday, July 10th from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm at Mt. Bachelor Village.
