Brittany joined Princeton Municipality as a Building Department secretary and within short two years she showed her value and was hired as Confidential Assistant to Administration. In addition to going above and beyond her expected job duties, Brittany found time to continue her Master studies and use that knowledge to start Princeton Employee Engagement Team (PEET) – a united staff action team that creates safe space for ALL municipal staff so that everyone has say in how the work environment is managed.
Brittany continues to work extremely well with all staff members and demonstrates leadership skills everyday.
She is a single mother of three beautiful daughters who are growing up to become part of the bright future generation.She is very devoted to what she does every day and is authentic in her actions and words.
