Selah is the first person hired to work in a newly created inclusion office and there’s no one better for the job. She always has her eye on the mission and centers her work around what’s best for the community. She is also keenly aware of how critical it is for the organization to weave diversity, equity, and inclusion into all aspects of operations and service. As a side note, her background in animal services and with the Humane Society make her a natural empath, always able to connect with people. She is a natural leader and deserves a spot on the Traeger list!
