Ashley works tirelessly as a team of one to help others. She spends her time managing ambiguity, helping decision makers in the organization conceptualize, test, and iterate their visions. She is currently working with her colleagues to consider user experience at the onset of a project, rather than at the end. Ashley volunteers at every opportunity to help shape practices of inclusivity in the organization. And, she gives back to the community in the form of career development and coaching through her alma matter and as a mentor to youth and newcomers to the field of UX who reach out for guidance.
