Kelley Hartman is the Innovation and Performance Manager at the City of Arvada and has been at the city for over seven years. During this time Kelley has pushed performance management to the forefront of the City, always asking what can we do to innovate and differentiate the City from others. She has helped to bring the City Council’s FOCUS Arvada strategic plan to live through citizen engagement and full transparency with their City public facing dashboard.
While doing all of this at the City, Kelley still manages time to work with other municipalities to share best practices and lessons she has learned along the way. Kelley, who is always giving back in some way to the local government community, has served in an advisory role to ClearPoint, participated in a number of virtual events sharing her experience with others, and served as a mentor to two organizations as part of the ELGL Strategy Cohort.
