As businesses, non-profits, local governments and educational institutions continue to look for ways to survive, remain relevant or achieve continued growth they are being advised to move away from individualism and move towards regional collaboration. When talking with regional stakeholders I have found that most think it makes sense to join forces, so why isn’t there more collaboration?
