Partnerships in Economic Development – Anchor institutions can be important drivers in economic growth and vitality. This topic addresses the impact on the global economy of the pandemic and ways town-gown communities have leveraged public and private partnerships to help foster economic recovery. Examples can include Business Improvement Districts, Public Private Partnerships, entrepreneurship start-ups, collaborative efforts between students and local businesses, stimulus funds and other effective partnerships.
