The rescheduled ELGL forum featuring Patrick Quinton, the Executive Director for the Portland Development Commission, is fast approaching. Mr. Quinton will be speaking on economic development issues in the Portland area. The luncheon will be May 2, 2012 from 11:45 AM-1:15 PM at 1900 SW 4th Ave., Room 2500 A.

Lunch will be catered by Ingallina’s Box Lunch and will cost $13.00. Options include:
Chicken Club: Oven roasted chicken breast served on our ciabatta with avocado, cheddar cheese, crisp bacon, lettuce and tomato.
Turkey & Avocado: Roasted turkey breast and avocado served on whole wheat ciabatta with our jalapeno cream cheese, leaf lettuce, tomato and red onion.
Italian Submarine: A fresh baguette loaded with Italian salami, mortadella, pepper jack cheese, cheddar cheese, sliced kalamata olives, sliced pepperoncini peppers, leaf lettuce and tomato.
Mediterranean Pita: Hummus, mixed greens, diced tomato, cucumber, kalamata olives and feta cheese wrapped in a roma tortilla. (Vegetarian; available vegan by request)
All Sandwich Box Lunches are served with Tim’s Chips, fresh cut fruit, a delicious cookie, Crystal Geyser Spring Water, utensils and a napkin.
