10 Year Challenge! What were you doing in 2009? How did it help you reach your current position?
I owned a vintage retail clothing store. I also managed an electrical service company part time, which included answering and booking service calls, managing a team of three electricians, and paying invoices daily. Through this experience I learned to prioritize my efforts and be ready for anything the day might throw.

What’s your biggest challenge so far in 2019? Managing our capital and operating budget with old software, and mining data from an old DOS system.
