UNC MPA graduate students Lauren, Sam, and Mallory are working with ELGL as part of a class service project to put together a report of best practices for digital hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. They are looking for some local government professionals to participate in a survey and/or speak with them directly. Conversations will be about your experience with the shift to digital practices.
