Survey: Diversity and Inclusion in the Local Government Workforce
In August, ELGL will moderate a panel discussion about diversity and inclusion in the local government workforce. Our panel discussion at the CPBB Conference will center around the results of this survey.
We want your voice heard in the discussion. Please complete the survey based on your experiences in local government. Survey respondents will be entered into a drawing for a lifetime ELGL membership or a $25 iTunes gift card.
Your responses will be kept confidential. We will redact any identifying information when we display or present the survey results. We encourage you to share this survey with your colleagues.
