The Volcker Alliance is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization whose mission is to address the challenge of effective implementation of public policy and to help rebuild public trust in government.
This project aims to identify the essential skills and competencies required of an effective public manager in the decade(s) to come and to identify educational innovations and trainings for attaining those skills and competencies. ELGL members are encouraged to share your thoughts on the skills and training that are essential for success in managerial public service.
