My name is Zoe Monahan, Management Analyst II at the City of Tualatin, Oregon. I am visiting Prague this week to attend the ICMA International Regional Summit!
Did you know that there is an international summit? This is the third one, past conferences have taken place in China and New Zealand. I will be attending the conference thanks to the John Garvey Scholarship Program. I will be sharing the highlights of the conference and study tours in the Czech Republic and Slovakia every few days.
