Panelists

Who can you expect to hear from on May 13th? ELGL and PublicStuff have put together a panel of local governments finest to share first hand knowledge of mobile apps and CRM systems. Panelists include;

Scott Bollinger, City of Garland, TX 

11b4057As the Project Manager in Garland, TX, Scott works with breadth of municipal departments. This understanding of the intricacies Garland’s internal management has allowed him to devise and implement innovative solutions throughout the city.

Emily Watkins, Loudoun County, VA 

emily watkinsEmily Watkins is the Public Affairs Manager for Loudoun County. Though she is new to local government, she jumped in during the PublicStuff implementation to learn both the tool and the functional areas of the county. She assisted in making Loudoun’s brand of PublicStuff – Loudoun Express Request, or LEx – come alive. Outside of her site administrator duties, she assists constituents and other staff members on topics from Animal Services to Zoning.

Eron Lloyd, City of Reading, PA 

206e80eEron works as the the Special Assistant for Policy and Sustainability and serves on the Reading Area Water Authority board. This has led to Reading’s innovative marketing strategy focusing on community engagement and Earth Day events.
