As the cost of rooftop solar systems continues to fall and awareness of benefits is raised through Solarize campaigns and increased visibility, more citizens are choosing to install solar. Local jurisdictions may want to be prepared for increased permit requests. MRSC is pleased to host this webinar by Northwest Solar Communities that will review the State Building Code update on rooftop solar installations and introduce the tools and best practice recommendations developed by the Northwest Solar Communities initiative to support jurisdictions in implementing the code. Checklists and templates will be provided to help jurisdictions ensure cost-effective, streamlined permitting. The webinar includes presentations and Q&A with:
