Leadership Matters! The Town of Rutherfordton, NC reaped the benefits of a strong leadership from their elected board, town manager, and committed citizenry. The North Carolina Rural Center acknowledged their efforts by naming the Town of Rutherfordton, NC as the 2016 Outstanding Small Town.
